List the names of each member of your team, including yourself. Give a share of 100 points to each member, including you, based on contribution to the team effort.  Individual contribution points are rarely equal!  Who carried his or her share of the work and contributed adequately to the project? Point totals should reflect team members who did not participate fully. For example, an individual who did virtually nothing would get zero points; one who did about half of the work would receive 50 points. Follow up with a 3 to 5-sentence statement of each team member’s contribution to the group, including you.  It should describe their participation level and quality level of input toward initial delivery and final wrap up for the class project. Try to be specific. Please be as honest and frank as you can, but support your opinion fully. Be as critical and constructive as you would in an employee performance appraisal.
