INSTRUCTIONS: Every team member must create and
deliver a portion of each team’s classroom presentation. Each class member is
required to evaluate each person’s individual effort on the basis of CONTENT
and PRESENTATION. This is a forced distribution evaluation scale which means
that you must assign a grade to each presenter of A+, A, or A-. |
The instructor is completing a similar form—only
in much more detail. Your evaluation will not be used in a major way in
assigning your fellow student’s grade. This is an exercise in teaching you
the difficulty in evaluating the job performance of peers and subordinates.
This is a learning exercise and you will be evaluated on your consciousness
in completing the project in a professional manner. Please be as objective as
you can. |
Circle the appropriate grade below. You must give
only one A+ and one A- in each of the 2 columns. Circle an A for any other students who
presented. You must give one 'A+' and one
'A-' in each column. Where the number
of team members is 2, 4, or 5 people (not divisible by 3), you may omit the
A- grade. Do the best evaluation possible in COMPARISON to each team member’s
effort from your point of view. The
final team evaluation row grade cannot be the same grade: Decide on A+ or A.
Did they do a better job on CONTENT or PRESENTATION? |
Hand in at the end of class. |
